Wow! This hotel has it all: spectacular central location in the "old city," nextdoor to an iconic Bamberg brewery/beer hall, several restaurants nearby, views of the river from some room windows, scenic restaurant attached, large rooms, hot showers, and comfy beds. We enjoyed just spending time in the hotel room. Also, the hotel was easy for taxi to access and appeared very elegant at the entrance and lobby.

Gute Unterkunft am Wehr der rauschenden Recknitz. Einfach mitten drin und gleich neben dem alten Rathaus, zum Parkhaus 3-4 min zu Fuss. Unbedingt auch das zugehörige Restaurant Eckarts ausprobieren, sehr leckere Eigenkreationen zu jeder Zeit. Gerne bald wieder.

Zeitgemäß Ausgestattet, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Kaffeemaschiene am Zimmer wäre wünschenswert für mich als Kaffeejunkie????.
Für mein Empfinden etwas überteuert.

Great location, friendly staff. Had a room facing the water and bridge, nice view outside, clean and boring inside.
Breakfast is not recommended, it is not a buffet, but a la carte, the portion is small and the price is high.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Super toll gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden!
Abzug gibt’s für das Frühstück. Brötchen verpackt in Tüten verleiht dem Ganzen eine Atmosphäre von Bäckerei. Dazu produziert es unnötig Müll!
