This is my favourite restaurant in Basle - if you are looking for a bit old-fashioned Italian atmosphere with wooden panels and art, elegantly dressed waiters, superb services and wonderful food, this is the place, just overlooking the river Rhine. In summer, there is an ultra-small terrace which has a great view. The food interestingly is not only Italian but also a French touch, which is mirrored in a modestly priced wine list. A place to go to!

Devo dire che mangiare al Restaurant Chez Donati mi ha suscitato una grande passione culinaria. Il posto è veramente bello e molto accogliente.
