Nice hotel at a good location in Swakopmund with a lovely suite (112) but poor service. Not really guest centric services ! GM not sticking to commitment !

La plupart des convives ont apprécié leurs plats à part la pizza qui m’a un peu déçu !

Großartiges Hotel! Personal der Hammer, sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent, sehr bemüht um die Gäste.
Die Restaurants im Hotel sind alles samt sehr zu empfehlen. Selten so gut gegessen wie ind diesen drei Lokalen.
Lage ist sehr gut, man kann Swakopmund wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden.
Im Hotel werden Aktivitäten vermittelt, mit Abhol- und Bringservice. Hat bestens funktioniert.
Auch der Wäscheservice im Hotel hat bestens und sehr rasch funktioniert. Mit dem Spabereich habe ich gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Eine preiswerte Massage von sehr kompetenten Personal.
Alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!

Ahhh! The best hotel ever. My husband and I were there for our 10th anniversary and wow! Thr service was so magnificent. I was so surprised that a choir sang for us and delivered a cake. Oh wow! Strand Hotel you're the best guys. Thank you
