I stayed here in 2022. I almost dropped a star due to there not being mosquito netting on the windows and now air conditioning and my visit being in the summer. It is worth noting that Brugge is bad for mosquitos in the summer. However they did say they hadn't been open long and were looking to install nets.

Regardless of mozy bites, the room itself was so nice and Brugge was so gorgeous that I couldn't drop any stars. The bathroom alone was really stunning with a large walk in wet area for a shower. When I arrived there was a box of chocolates on the bed, in keeping with the theme.

The location couldn't be more central to all the sights and historical parts of Brugge.

Good location but now staffless! Contacted the number provided by booking agent and they were out of the country so couldn't help, was passed another number on which I did not get a response, still waiting for a message to be read 5 hours later! Have since cancelled, forfeiting the cost of one night, and managed to get alternative accommodation.

Prima kamer, hadden de Homer Donut. Douche had wel een zwakke straal. Ik adviseer de eigenaar om iets aan de doorzichtige deur te doen van het toilet. Niet heel hinderlijk met een familie maar wel met ander gezelschap. Toplocatie midden in de stad.

Great location for the Christmas markets. Nice and clean rooms. Bed was rather soft but after a fulls days adventuring we would still crash out. Lovely to be woken by the cathedral bells. Highly recommend and would return.

Hotel muy bonito con check in/out automatizado, muy práctico y con una ubicación inmejorable : en pleno centro de brujas aunque en una calle tranquila, prácticamente sin tránsito.
Me alojé en la habitación willy monka, perfecta para dos parejas : habitación cuádruple con dos habitaciones dobles independientes!
El hotel estaba muy limpio y tienen guardaequipaje gratuito.
Lo recomiendo 100%

He estado dos noches en la suite 3 . La DONUT suite con vistas a la calle principal. Llegada perfecta, habitacion muy romàntica! Baño moderno, amolio y limpio! Bombones de bienvenida sobre las toallas. Lo mejor es la ubicacion. Fuimos al hotel mil veces para dejar bolsas de compra e incluso para ir al baño. Tienen un lugar para maletas que viene muy bien el ultimo dia al que puedes acceder sin pagar e incluso hay un baño en el rellano que puedes usar en Caso de emergència..volveremos sin duda

Chambre avec un super emplacement, mais c'est le seul point positif. Chambre avec odeur d'égout / humide / moisissures sur les murs / propreté pas au rdv.

Réservation faite sur Airbnb, prix bien trop élevé par rapport à la qualité de la chambre.

Wir hatten das Willi Wonka Zimmer.
Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll, leider gibt es ein paar Details die uns ein wenig gestört haben.
An den Wänden zeugten einige Leichen von Stechmücken davon, dass die Flieger Gitter am den Fenster versagen.
Im Bad hatte das Waschbecken keinen "Stöpsel" mehr und dann kommen wir zum eigentlichen Problem.
Die Toilette.
Ich bin knapp 1,90 und konnte fast nicht auf dem WC sitzen da der Raum so klein war.
Für Brechdurchfall geeignet, das Mini Waschbecken ist direkt vor der Nase.
Das Knie muss man am Sifon vorbei manövrieren um sich überhaupt setzen zu können.
Die Hose zieht man am besten vor der Tür aus und wieder an.
Ich füge noch ein Bild bei, das war wirklich ein schlechter Scherz.
Es ist zwar noch eine Toilette auf dem Flur, aber die teilt man sich im Zweifelsfall mit vier weiteren Zimmern.
Und Seife gab es auch nicht am Waschbecken im WC.
Die Matratzen in den Betten sind extrem weich, ich habe jedoch gut darin geschlafen.
Die Vorhänge verdunkeln den Raum zuverlässig.
Im Falle einer Evakuierung muss man allerdings Mut mitbringen um sich aus dem Fenster auf eine Leiter an der Hauswand zu retten.

De thematiek van hotel is geweldig en daarbij komt de prachtige ligging van het hotel in het centrum van de stad. Echter zijn er veel ongemakken in dit hotel. Het is enorm gehorig, de kamers zijn onaangenaam warm (waar jij als bezoeker niks aan kan doen). Verder wordt de douche niet warmer dan lauw en komt er een heel klein straaltje uit. In de recensies zie ik deze ongemakken veel terugkomen en er wordt dus niks aan gedaan blijkbaar. Ik zou in het vervolg een ander hotel kiezen in Brugge.

Please don’t stay here. We were forced to move out after the bathroom flooded, and we are still waiting for a refund. It’s been more than a month now, and even though the hotel agreed to refund us for the nights that we did not stay with them, we have not seen our money back. Before we checked in the alerted us to the fact that some of the plugs weren’t working, we woke up in the morning to discover water all over the bathroom floor leaking out into the main room, the water was dripping from the ceiling above. We realised that the water was also coming down the walls and were very concerned about the combination of electricity and water. We moved to another hotel - but this business still owes us money for the nights we did not stay. Do not stay here, they make promises and don’t keep them.

Le gros + : emplacement en plein cœur de la ville et plutôt calme.
Chambre agréable et propre mais matelas un peu mou. Équipements appréciables : cafetière, bouilloire, frigo.
L’ascenseur ne sert que de monte-charge pour les bagages, attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite !
Accès uniquement par codes et règlement taxe de séjour à effectuer en liquide dans boîte à lettres sécurisée.
Déco esprit Charlie et la Chocolaterie ????

Super goede locatie in het centrum van Brugge. De ‘luggage storage’ in de inkom was een meerwaarde. Onze kamer was prijs/kwaliteit in orde, echter wel een zeer kleine badkamer. ‘S nachts was er helaas vaak een alarm hoorbaar in de inkom. Ook hoor je andere hotelgasten op de gang.

We verbleven van 11 t/m14 mei 2023 in The chocolate suites. De locatie is echt perfect maar toch was ons verblijf niet optimaal. We verbleven in kamer 6 en in de badkamer stond de vloerverwarming erg hoog. Het was er zo warm dat het niet comfortabel was. Door de warmte in de badkamer werd ook de slaapkamer behoorlijk warm. We hebben na de eerste nacht contact opgenomen via het opgegeven nummer. We kregen een vrouw aan de lijn die gebrekkig Engels sprak. We hadden ons probleem uitgelegd. Ze zou het overleggen en ons terugbellen. Ze belde inderdaad terug maar met de mededeling dat er niks aan te doen was. We moesten het er dus mee doen terwijl we nog 2 nachten bleven slapen. Ondertussen hadden we andere reviews gelezen en zagen tot onze verbazing dat dit al langer een probleem was en dat er niks mee gedaan is.
