From the moment we tried to secure a reservation, holly and jordan treated us with palpable disdain, dismissively claiming the restaurant was fully booked despite visible availability. They attitude seemed rooted in our poor English skills and minority status, escalating to outright disrespectful behavior. When my child politely intervened to ask holly to allow me to finish my question, they mocked us instead of correcting they demeanor.
Distressed, I reached out to the management, hoping for understanding and action. The manager's response was prompt, apologizing for our experience and inviting us back as his guests. While I appreciate this gesture, the reply lacked any mention of specific actions taken against the discriminatory behavior we encountered or measures to prevent future occurrences.
