The property offers a wealth of amenities, including premium shower products, a well-appointed fitness facility with cold plunge, and exceptional dining options. The rooftop pool adds a touch of luxury to the experience and they make great cocktails at calabra. The staff's professionalism and warmth further enhance the overall stay. The lobby was crowded when we arrived and our room was not ready despite it being around 4pm. This was a nuisance but the front desk staff quickly made up for it by giving us a food and beverage credit, and taking us to the restaurant beside the very nice roof-top bar and pool. The manager, Pia, was particularly excellent—finding us a quiet table to relax with our kid, and suggesting some outstanding food options.

Much later that night, I returned for a drink at the bar and the same manager not only remembered me and arranged for an after-hours snack, but even remembered my daughter's name. A+ service. The room was very nice and pleasantly quiet. In the morning, we had brunch in the downstairs restaurant. Food and were excellent. Will return to this place. Highly recommend.

Don’t stay here unless you want 100’s of the loudest minimum wage employees on strike with megaphones and sirens waking you up at 6 and parading around every morning, all morning
