We came for drinks and Art deco atmosphere. Definitely much quieter to the point of empty-ish than a newer or trendy hotel- but why would you want trendy when you can have classic 100s years of deep beauty. Bellman was super nice. Beautiful museum quality art & architecture.

We attended a candlelight concert of Juan Gabriel. It was fabulous: including singing, bas and tenor guitars playing, trumpet, violin and background story of his life. My wife and I were completely entertained! Beautiful concert hall. Historic location with lots of famous pictures on the walls.
