LA QUINTA INN BY WYNDHAM LAFAYETTE NORTH ^{* *}

This is the worst hotel ever. I traveled to LA with my family , when we got to open the room door It was a hell of a mess… .Mold everywhere, smells really bad , dirty beds with bugs. Bathroom was not working faucets leaking water….. It was imposible for us to stay. We pay $100 deposit and we didn’t get it back. Ask for the manager but she never show up. … so we had to leave the place immediately. They didn’t give our money back. This pictures here are not the real thing. I never wish this nightmare for any family , honestly I suggest they close this place .

Very sketchy area. Was advised not to walk around especially at night. They even had armed security guards. Room was not the best. Dirty floors, fridge was all rusted up and toilet ran all the time. TV only had a few basic channels. Wifi was ok.

Found a bed bug in the morning. Staff asked me to send picture to a random email address. Still waiting to hear back.

Good thing i didnt listen to the reviews. Clean room, cool and clean aircon, complete sets of soap and towels, friendly staff and great breakfast.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. In short, this placed should be CONDEMNED!!!I am a native of the area and have stayed in this hotel before, however, the quality of the rooms and service has declined significantly. My son, daughter and I ended staying here because we were delayed almost three hours coming back from picking up my son from college in Texas. I wanted a room for my son to have somewhere to unwind for a few days. The first room we were given had wet carpet, broken refrigerator and toilet seat, lamps didn't work or were unplugged, moldy and musty smell. The next day we requested a new room and it was somewhat better, however, except for the ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES. Breakfast was scarce, employees claimed manager wasn't in on the weekend or maybe she was at home sleeping, they weren't quite sure. Actually felt bad for them because they were obviously versed in covering up problems. I was billed an additional charge, that the office staff person told me she didn't know what the charge was for, etc. etc. Do yourself a favor, don't stay here. They are the La Quinta Brand a horrible name!!!CLOSE THIS DUMP!!!
