这家宾馆有一个游泳池和装饰精美、舒适的房间,有一个小露台。
卡萨内的这个古老而令人难忘的地址于2011年由一个来自南部非洲的家庭重新装修。从外观上看,这间旅馆就像一个迷人的英国小屋,而且不引人注目。六个房间的装饰很有特色,而且都很舒适。每间客房都有一个小阳台,最重要的是可以看到花园的景色。在这个美丽的花园里,有一个排球场,一个小型的游泳池和餐厅酒吧。纪念品商店提供吸引人的物品,比其他地方少一点。

The owner apparently believes he can look down at his clientele because prices are affordable here. We showed up at 13:30 and we were just turned down by this guy in his fifties saying it’s full and he can’t accept us waiting here! All this without a single word of apologies! We came back 20mn later on purpose and sneaked in as he was not there: all tables were available! Then we sat and ordered while the same guy showed up and instead of welcoming/thanking us to be back, he just said: « ah! you’re back » and laughed. To him, we’re just « poor whites »since we want to eat in his place.
On top of that, a burning smell came out of the kitchen and we waited for our meals more than 40mn. When I asked the waitress why, she said the chef burned the meals! ???? Still without excuse.
Honestly, if you stay in Kasane, better avoid this place although recommended by Lonely Planet. They need learn about hospitality. We’ll try other places this week: keep posted!

One can only presume that excuses and disappointment mentioned above can only relate to your lack of understanding and false accusation of mentioned racism, strange that we both have European bloodlines? something to fall back on without a valid reason, just an excuse and being in the wrong country? This is Botswana.
And honestly to be cheerful is not an offense when welcoming you back, and truly feel sorry for future places you visit and review as noticed.
To be one of the best and recommended places to stay and have a meal took years of dedicated and committed service so find your review very disappointing and very false.
To ensure that we provided great service and turning down customers is not a fist time due to popular demand, your timing was very much out as to return 2 hours later tells you that you were asked politely to try a bit later after the rush hour over lunch.
