A pleasant experience overall. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic. The dinner buffet was okay. The staff were friendly and the location was great. The only things that were a bit strange was paying extra for staying 2 extra hours and reserving a slot for the indoor swimming pool.

The hotel is terrible, rooms were small, smelly and dirty, the floor looked like it has not been cleaned in decades. Staff were rude and mean at the reception. Doors have huge holes, so you hear all from the corridor.
The hotel has way too many hidden costs. I am so pissed about stupid caps for the pool, you cant go into the pool without one, but there was no information about them on the website, when booking. Then they sell you cheep Chinese one that cost pennies, for 4 euro a piece.
When we asked to bring kettle to the room so we can make milk for our baby, they forgot about it and after 4 reminders they brought it 5 hours later, when we went to the restaurant to get some hot water, at 12 in the night and woke our baby.
The breakfast was ridiculous, no choice, tasteless food, dirty tables in the restaurant, disgusting coffee. Yet, you cant book a room without the breakfast.
You have to wait 15 min to get into the elevator.
Everything is wrong with this place, I could probably write an essay, how horrible our stay was. Stay away from this place.

Bon hotel mais manque des choses pour un 4 étoiles. Pas de théière en chambre. Le restaurant un peu limite et onéreux bien pour dépanner quand on arrive. La piscine sur réservation et le jacuzzi ne marchait pas. Sinon bien situé géographiquement pas loin du centre. Et pas de chance des travaux juste à côté la pelleteuse des 8h du matin
