Deluxe Plus + Halbpension
Pro:
Schöner gepflegter Strand mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen.
Das Zimmer war riesig, schöner Ausblick ins Grüne und ins Meer.
Sehr schöne aber auch weitläufige Anlage und viel Angebote für Unternehmungen (kostenfrei). Das kleine Gym reicht für ein paar Urlaubs Trainingseinheiten gerade so aus.
Die Tauchschule war super!
Es gibt viele Katzen und Hunde aber keine aufdringlichen oder böswilligen (Ich habe eher Respekt vor Hunden).
Contra:
Service ist teilweise nicht so gut. Gerade an der Rezeption fehlen manchen (nicht allen!) die notwendigen Englisch Kenntnisse und die Hilfsbereitschaft die man bei einem 5* Hotel unserer Meinung nach erwarten kann.
Zimmerreinigung kann auch gerne mal die Ecken reinigen und nicht nur den Boden wischen.
Das Essen ist gut aber eher Masse statt Klasse. Teilweise gibt es einzelne Gerichte die super waren, diese findet man eher in den immer aus gebuchten A La Carte Restaurants. Hier würde ein anderes faires System zur Tischvergabe helfen!

We have read your comments with great attention and we are pleased to learn that you have appreciated the features that our resort offers. However, we are sorry to learn that the service was not up to your expectation.
Concerning the service, as you must be aware hotel industry in Mauritius and around the world are facing a real challenge to find new generation skilled workers. We have currently people from India, Africa and Madagascar supporting the local manpower. Full training is ongoing and we do have great feedback from our guests.
We have analysed your comments and that housekeeping has been informed accordingly. The Head of Department is himself ensuring that this situation does not happen again in the future.
Coming to the Reception, we taken good note of your comment, rest assured there is now an ongoing on-the-job training for the staffs.
For our à-la-carte restaurants, it is mandatory to pre-reserve due to a limited seating capacity. Your constructive comments shall be shared with the department concerned, which will act an added inspiration to maintain the high standards and help us to serve you better during your next visit to the resort.
Once again, thank you for your valuable comments as it is mainly through guest comments that we become aware about improvements that should be made and this constantly drives us to excellence.
We sincerely hope we shall be able to regain your confidence, in so doing to prove that your experience was an exception rather than the rule.

Eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage, nicht zu nobel, dafür sehr entspannt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, sehr reizend!!
