Best service on the whole island

Wir waren 2021 hier. Wunderschön. Top Service. Die ganze Hotelkette ist Super!

Ein super schönes Hotel Malerisch gelegen, direkt am Meer. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Einfach nur top top.

Hotel na prelijepoj lokaciji,sve je čisto,mirisno, uredno,doručak ima sve što poželiš,servis odličan.

Zimmer: 4/5 Ganz ok.
Hotelgröße: 2/5 Einfach zu Groß.
Personal: 2/5 Zu viele Saisonarbeiter, die nicht unbedingt Lust auf die Arbeit haben.
Frühstück: 2/5 Sehr kaotisch, eher wie eine Studentenmensa. Personal überfordert, irgendwelche schön gekleideten Manager schauen einfach zu.
Lage: 5/5
Preis-Leistung: 1/5 Einfach zu teuer. Dürfte nicht mehr als 250€ pro Zimmer kosten.
Gesamteindruck: 2/5 (mit fairem Preis würde das Hotel eine 4/5 bekommen, eine 5/5 ist es sicher nicht)

Leider nur 4 Sterne, da der Poolbereich sowohl Innen und der Aussenbereich renovierungsbedürftig ist. Der Spa Bereich ist allerdings top. Kommen gerne wieder. Danke

Hotel na krasnom mjestu, sobe su solidne,no nisu na nivou 5 zvjezdica.
Zanemariti ćemo sve!
No ponašanje osoblja nikako nije uredu, klijent/gost i kupac je uvijek u pravu i ako to plaćamo koliko plaćamo trebalo bi biti puno vise! Osmijeh ne košta ništa a gostu je ugodan!
Gost bi vam trebao biti na prvom mjestu…

Privatizacija plaža zabranjena je Zakonom o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama. Hotel Bellevue zabranjuje pristup plažama i ograđuje ih metalnim ogradama, koje mogu otvoriti isključivo korisnici hotela s karticama, sto je protuzakonito. Zabranjeno je povezivati hotele i plaže u jedinstvene cjeline, a oni to rade. Dok ne maknu ograde i ne omoguce nesmetan pristup plaži svima, 1 zvjezdica.

Tutto al top! Sono ormai 10 anni che siamo ospiti di questa ottima struttura, per noi è come essere a casa. Tutto perfetto, location, piscina e spiaggia. Ottima la colazione e i servizi offerti, una garanzia!

What an amazing experience. I have never been in a hotel which is so clean. ???? moreover, everything is just perfect. Mali Losinj as a place, hotel‘s location and its surrounding, the breakfast variety etc. if I go back to this beautiful island, I will definitely spend the nights in this hotel.

Hotel immerso nell’incantevole baia di Cikat. Un 5 stelle che sicuramente non ha gli stessi standard di un relais and chateaux o di un leading hotel. Ottimo servizio spiaggia e belle anche se non più nuove le 2 piscine. Colazione molto ricca nelle proposte che accontenta anche i palati più esigenti. Siamo arrivati un po’ prima delle 15 la nostra stanza non era pronta ed ok, alla reception ci hanno detto che appena era pronta ci avrebbero chiamato al telefono….Ancora stiamo aspettando che ci chiamino. Dopo oltre un’ora al bar dell’hotel sulla spiaggia andiamo alla reception e ci dicono che la stanza e’ pronta…Ma non dovevano avvisarci? Saliamo in camera da soli ci indicano il piano 4 e ci accorgiamo che non ci sono le valige hanno detto sempre in reception che le avremmo trovate in camera…Chiamo e poco dopo arrivano in stanza. Come stanza abbiamo scelto la deluxe che è meglio in foto che dal vivo perché è vecchia…mobili datati. Incantevole invece la terrazza con vista pineta e mare. Era arredata con tavolo sedie e lettino (uno solo ed eravamo in 2). Stanza pulita. Noi spegnevamo sempre l’aria condizionata ma la ritrovavamo sempre accesa a 18 gradi…Anche negli ambienti comuni l’aria condizionata era molto alta tanto che starnuti e tosse tra le persone erano normali. Il giorno di ferragosto il mio compagno con questi cambi di temperatura ha avuto un forte mal di testa, sono scesa alla hall per chiedere una aspirina/qualche farmaco tale e mi sono sentita rispondere di uscire ad acquistarlo…In un 5 stelle risposta inammissibile.

We come back every year, but this time it was extra special! The staff was friendlier, the hotel space was overall cleaner than last year, the food - excellent. Beautiful view from the hotel, but from the beach, too! Have to give a special thanks to your employees!! Especially to Tedi from reception and Magdalena from the beach! Also, hard working Milosh from bar deserves all the praise! Amazing people.

Located on Cikat bay, 15 mins walk to the old town. Amazing hotel and great service. Definitely a 5 stars.
Pet friendly, amazing breakfast and has all amenities such as gym, indoor heated pool, outdoor infinity pool, jacuzzi etc..
Rooms are remodeled but good be slightly better for a 5 stars.

Awesome hotel and the beach was also great ???????? very friendly personnel - all in all excellent experience!
