AUBERGE DE L'ÎLE

I went to eat to the Auberge for lunch without a reservation and it was one amazing discovery. The archipelago has Bretagne roots and this location is where the culinary dishes are adapted to local ingredients with great care for tradition.

At our table we tried the classics but the highlight was the scallops and leeks “galette”. We ended up buying another one to share as it was just that good.

For those who don’t eat crepes the normal drink with it is the cider that they also offer on their menu. I highly recommend this address.

Je peux dire sans équivoque que cette auberge est comme être de retour chez maman! Les responsables de l'établissement sont extrêmement serviable, attentionné et gentil sur tout!!!

Ils font tout en leur possible pour rendre vôtre séjour le plus agréable possible.

L'établissement est très propre et les chambres sont très confortable. La nourriture servie est délicieuse.

Ils offrent un service de buanderie et les petits déjeuners sont compris! Donc, comme déjà mentionné, c'est comme être de retour chez maman.

Cette établissement est peut-être vôtre seule choix d'hébergement à Miquelon, à part les deux campings sur l'île, mais c'est largement le meilleur!

This may be your only place to stay in Miquelon, but it's by far the best place to stay at! The staff is amazing and very friendly. The food is delicious. They do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The rooms are clean and so is the establishment.

They also offer a laundry service and breakfast are included.

Honestly, it's like being back at mom's place!
