Goede snelle service en erg vriendelijk personeel!!

I travelled alone and booked through agoda. The hotel was very close to the train station and the price was impeccable. The room was clean and a person came to clean it every day. The toilet and shower were also nice. The staff was lovely and gave me an iron when I asked as I needed it for my suit.

Highly recommend. 5/5 and a pleasant experience.

Per fortuna ho deciso di non soggiornarci, dopo aver visto recensioni negative sulla pulizia, soprattutto dei materassi, e aver visto con i miei occhi la sporcizia di ben due camere. Grazie alla prenotazione con Agoda riceverò un rimborso, e infatti ho deciso subito di cambiare hotel. Davanti alle macchie sulle coperte, il signore alla reception cercava di convincermi che non fossero macchie di umidità/muffa. Capelli e polvere sia per terra che sulle lenzuola.

ただ、止まるだけのホテル部屋の中には、アメニティーもなく、汚れたバスタオル補給されないソープ。
私見ですが、よくベルギーの衛生局は、このようなホテルを認可しているものだと思いました。

Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber, Bettdecken mit Flecken, Schimmel über der Dusche und der Boden wurde schon lange nicht mehr gewischt oder gefegt. Höher sollte der Preis auch nicht sein, da mehr nicht geboten werden kann. Man fühlt sich auf jeden fall nicht wohl.

Extrem eklig und dreckig. Fleckige Bettwäsche (alles, außer zum Glück die Kopfkissen Bezüge), fleckige Handtücher (alle), Schimmel im Badezimmer, dreckiger und fleckiger Fußboden. Klimaanlage laut, andere Gäste laut. Man hört alles, was auf dem Flur passiert minimal gedämpft. Man fühlt sich sehr unwohl. Für den günstigen Preis, würde ich mir nächstes mal lieber ein Zelt kaufen und auf der Straße schlafen…

Inexistencia de limpieza e higiene en la habitación (habitación 09);
Las mantas de cama para taparse tenían un color amarillo, de estar tremendamente sucias. Es inadmisible ofrecer eso a un ser humano. Los espejos sucios, tanto el de la habitación como el del cuarto de baño y el cristal de la mampara de ducha. Había manchas en las paredes de toda la habitación, alrededor de la TV y del armario.Todo el suelo de la habitación tenía polvo y manchas, tanto el de madera como el de la moqueta de la entrada.
Respecto al cuarto de baño, también tenía manchas por las paredes, en el suelo, moho en el plato de la ducha... Y encima el lavabo estaba atrancado y el agua no se iba por la tubería.
Etc, etc, etc...
Con los 2 trabajadores que tratamos (ambos en recepción) fueron correctos en el trato, pero yo no sé si realmente existe servicio de limpieza en este hotel o cual es el trabajo real que realiza dicho servicio.
Me quedo con la sensación de que todas las fotografías que aparecen en Booking, que tan buena pinta tienen, son de cuando inauguraron el hotel, nada que ver con la actualidad.
Es como si, conforme salen unos clientes de una habitación, así se la entregaran a los siguientes. La apañan un poco por encima y ya está.
Es una pena no tomarse en serio un trabajo y poder ofrecer una calidad real de los servicios de un hotel a sus huéspedes.
Posdata: tanto comentario negativo de diversos clientes reales indicando misma temática (limpieza) no es casualidad.

Das Hotel ist nur was für Leute, welche zentral schlafen wollen. Die Zimmer sind in einem schlechten Zustand, Fliesen wurden mit gestrichen als die Decke mal gepinselt wurde, Betten sind okay, sehr kleine Kissen, fleckige Böden, uralte Türen, usw.
Das "Highlight" ist das Frühstück: knochenharte Brötchen, Auswahl sehr gering und die Kaffeemaschine macht mehr Geräusche als Kaffee.
Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist grad noch auf Englisch möglich, aber sehr unmotiviert.

Just in case of emergency. The hotel is well located between the historical center and Antwerp train station. Stayed in July.
Pictures are better than it really is. Please take in consideration to renovate the interior building. For the service I received, the price is unfair. Room wasn't clean as I found a pair of socks in my room and from the shower a smell and stuffs came out. To ask for a tv remote control, I had to go down to the reception because there was no telephone in my room, which must be implemented. At the end of the day I didn't receive any remote control of TV and air conditioning wasn't working. A telephone in a hotel room should be a must, not an option, as for every need or emergencies you have to go down to reception. Sheets were doubled but not prepared on my bed as I had to make the bed by myself like at home or at a hostel.

I experienced something that never happened to me in decades. I booked this hotel through booking, I arrived there and it was closed for maintenance, I tried to call them but nobody answered me. Hopefully booking got me another room somewhere else but I wasted so much time and wasn't able to attend the concert I came for in time. Antwerp cost me a fortune, really disappointing.

Bine poziționat, aproape de gara și de zona comerciala, pe o stradă curata și liniștită. Personal amabil, camere curate, lift, internet, apa calda, consumabile in baie.
