Hemos llegado para cenar. Al entrar nos han ignorado completamente. Tras solicitar mesa, nos dicen que la cocina cierra en 20 minutos (siendo antes de las 21 h). Después de nosotros ha entrado otra pareja que se ha sentido igual de ignorada, en este momento nos dan una mesa con taburete al lado de la barra y la otra pareja se ha marchado. Al decidir finalmente que no nos quedaríamos aquí por todas las condiciones, hemos salido y la camarera ha venido detrás nuestro gritando que le habíamos hecho perder dos clientes más, una vergüenza.

I was on my own but made to feel welcome. I really enjoyed the veg burger. So good. Will be back there tonight for pizza ????????

The service lady was very unpleasant to my friends. The didn't know yet what they want so she took just our orders and never came back to my friends....

This place is terrible, they will always tell you that it’s too busy to go eat, even when it’s empty. Then even if you have a reservation they will tell you that they cannot take any order in and that you have to wait at least 30minutes to place an order because it is too busy at the moment, and they won’t serve you tapas while waiting. The saddest about this is that the food is actually good, that is when they have enough ingredients to serve you the full dish that you ordered.

For me tonight was the last attempt, I cannot excuse accepting a reservation and then expecting customers to have to wait 30mins before they can even order an appetizer.

Hemos cenado muy bien.el bocata de calamar muy bueno! Pero hay que reservar con antelación un sua antes llegamos a las 20:30 y nos han traído la cena a las 21:35h ó sea esperamos 1 hora y 5 minutos nuestra cena 1 pizza un bocadillo de calamar allitas de pollo y torrada de anchoa..es muy lento el atendimiento!pero valió la pena!
