Shower water was barely luke warm.

Front desk was very pleasant. Gretabee was amazing she made sure breakfast was hot and fresh. Something different everyday which was refreshing for a change. Our family wants to Thank all the staff for making our stay amazing during our time of beaverment.

You will not find much better staff at this level of hotel. They have been most accommodating. From housekeeping to front desk to management- A+. Rooms a par or better for the price and clean. Great place to stay for an extended stay while working. There are also 4 jetted tub rooms... Free breakfast... Weights AND cardio machines. Centrally located near plenty of places to eat, Walmart and dry cleaners.

Friendly front desk staff. Kadidria (I hope I spelt her name right) made us feel at home since the moment we arrived. Easy access location. We'll kept and clean. Breakfast good . Good price. Comfy beds

The staff that works the front desk are friendly. House keeping isn't the best. They make the bed half way, they don't vacuum, mop or wipe down anything in the rooms. Breakfast is never on time unless the older white woman is there. The other lady don't show up everyday, therefore the older gentleman working the front desk has to do it. When she does show up, 9 out of 10 times she shows up late. Most of the people staying at this hotel are working men and women that need to be at work for a certain time. Don't count on Breakfast being in time.

The king suite was by far cringe! Housekeeping is doing just enough to get by. I met up with two roaches in the room that booked last week! I couldn't get another room due to all the rooms being reserved! My daughter had a basketball camp here and that's the reason I was here!

Rooms aren't bad, but in 322 the bathroom door was starting to hang and would barely close. Breakfast was really good, Kurig coffee machine in the room (which is a big plus ????) and the Wi-Fi worked without issues. The only negative was the older gentleman working at the front desk. He was extremely slow, and for as long as it took to deal with him, he didn't even activate my keys correctly, and I had to go back downstairs with all my luggage to thankfully have the woman working next to him correct it. I'm not an impatient person, but he pushed me to my limit. Even checking out with him somehow took forever ???? But aside from that, the hotel itself was fine, and I'd return next time I'm in the area.

15 mins from Southern University. Great choice, GameDay. I will stay here every time we come to visit.

If I could've given 0 stars, I would have. I rented a room @ the Zachary location with my family. After bathing, we all got ready for bed and I happened to reach over and adjust my husband's pillow. Thats when I saw a blood stain on the pillow. We all jumped up out of the bed. I also noticed some dried up mucus, or at least it appeared to be that. When I called the front desk, the young lady told me that I would have to come down and get a new pillow case because she was working by herself. My family and I gathered our things and proceeded to check out. The young lady then asked if I wanted another room. NO MA'AM BECAUSE IF YOU CAN MAKE UP A BED WITH BLOOD STAINED PILLOW CASES YOU DIDN'T CLEAN THAT ROOM AND POSSIBLY NO OTHER ROOM. I was livid!! When I asked for a refund, they told me I would have to speak with the general manager who would be in Monday. I called and left several messages. I asked who was over him and the staff kept beating around the bush directing the conversation back to the general manger; however, the man did not return any of my calls. But thats okay because everyone will hear about this, AND I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE AGAIN. Who in their right mind, would want to stay in an establishment thats clearly not washing bed clothes nor thoroughly cleaning the rooms? The facts that my kids laid on the bed infuriates me even more knowing it was contaminated!!!

Liked the rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. They made the stay memorable!

I had no problems during my first stay here. During the second stay not even a week later the room was in worse condition than the first. That didn’t totally bother me. What did ruin my stay was that I noticed black spots on some of the pillow cases. I placed bedding on the floor to receive new ones and the dirty bedding was placed back on my bed. When I returned from work I noticed that a pair of shoes that I had left on the wall at the head of the bed were missing. I reported this to the person working the desk as well as left a vm for the manager. I never received a call back. He did however email me saying that after reviewing the cameras that he saw no one walk out with my shoes. As though the shoes couldn’t have just as easily been hidden in the dirty towels that were removed from the room. I shouldn’t have to be worried about my items coming up missing when I go stay somewhere. The shoes were there when I left for work but gone when I returned. So no, I do not recommend staying here.

Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Rooms are not serviced daily but many hotels are still in Covid phase with reduced services.
