意见 LOMAS DEL VOLCAN 洛克菲勒公司（La Fortuna

Beautifully maintained, like new room with vaulted ceiling that makes the room feel big. Had problem with the room vault and a handyman showed up in 5 minutes... needed extra towels returning from a dayat the hot springs and the cleaning lady showed up within 5 minutes... bathroom was huge & clean. Don't forget to use the back patio & look for the deceptive Tucan; they're not as brightly colored like the ones on the Fruit Loops but once you get used to finding them they're around. Also loved the free & definitely challenging yoga session & it was fun seeing participants running out early to catch breakfast by 9:30 AM... loved the 4 days of wild jungle & our beautiful and private room.

Waren drei Tage im Hotel. Die Anlage selbst ist toll gelegen, der Garten sehr gepflegt, wunderbare Sicht auf den Vulkan. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren recht groß, teilweise saniert. Wir hatten zwei Balkone im Bungalow, einer zum Dschungel raus mit einem tollen Blick auf die Vegetation und die Affen, die dort leben.

Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön, die Wasserpflege ausbaufähig. Da das Wasser zum Teil sehr warm war, hatte es mehr filtration oder Chlor gebraucht, damit der Pool weniger trüb ist. Auch lagen die zweimal von meinem Sohn aus dem Wasser gefischten Haarbüschel am nächsten Tag noch immer am poolrand.

Leider hatten wir einerseits eine defekte Klimaanlage, die abends durch einen Techniker wieder instand gesetzt wurde, was positiv war, denn ohne ist es mit 35 grad zu heiß zum schlafen. Um diesen via Rezeption zu bestellen, muss man aber mind. 10 min am Telefon warten bis sich die Rezeption meldet. Das war auch beim Stromausfall im gesamten Hotel der Fall. - leider hatten wir auf der anderen Seite unsere beiden gebuchten
Bungalows beide kein warmes Wasser. In einem Bungalow wurde dies am folgenden Tag repariert, während dann über den Tag kein Wasser kam, am Abend konnten wir dann aber gut duschen. Im zweiten Bungalow blieb das Wasser kalt.
Als ich beim Check out dazu eine Bestätigung für die reiseagentur wollte, brauchte es fast eine Stunde Diskussion,| zwei Anrufe bei der reiseagentur und am Ende erhielt ich einen verschlossenen.
Umschlag, in dem nach dem öffnen, falsche Angaben gemacht wurden. Als Gast bin ich enttäuscht über den Umgang mit berechtigten Reklamationen. Sie sind in keiner Weise professionell oder Kundenorientiert. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption erschien auch sehr erhaben, ob seiner Position, was auf mich arrogant wirkte. Es kostete Nerven und Ferienzeit und am Ende half mir dann die Agentur. - Fazit Anlage in toller Natur, bis auf Pool sehr gepflegt, Personal insgesamt wie zu erwarten, rezeptionspersonal unterirdisch.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf den Vulkan. Ruhige, zweckmäßige Bungalows. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Absolut zu empfehlen.

El hotel es precioso, el lugar es increíble, las habitaciones son cabañitas muy amplias y acogedoras. La comida buenísima y el servicio estupendo. La única pega es que está lejos del centro, pero el hotel proporciona servicio de taxi a muy buen precio y en seguida estás en el pueblo.

Un paraje apartado perfecto para descansar con unas vistas increíbles del volcán. El servicio espléndido y la comida muy rica. Totalmente recomendable!

Las fotos en internet no le hacen justicia a este paraíso. Las habitaciones (bungalows) muy limpias, espaciosas y completamente privadas, incluso en las terrazas, que están rodeadas de hermosa y colorida vegetación autóctona, con vistas alucinantes al Volcán Arenal desde prácticamente todo el complejo. Todas las instalaciones son muy grandes y muy bonitas. La piscina y jacuzzi perfectos para pasar la tarde o mañana y abierta hasta tarde si te apetece un chapuzón nocturno. El desayuno variado y sabroso, también con vistas al volcán y a la reserva natural que rodea al hotel. Es posible avistar aves y diferentes animales ya que estarás rodeado de naturaleza. Es cerca del centro pero un poco aislado por un camino de tierra por lo que el hotel tiene opciones de transporte para salir a cenar o visitar los diferentes puntos turisticos de la zona. Muy muy pero MUY recomendado. 5 estrellas ????

Individual lodges set in beautifully kept grounds surrounded by rainforest. Staff were all wonderful and I would like to especially mention Carla at reception and Franklyn driving the buggies. Breakfast was great with a huge choice of food and the meals I had in the bar were lovely and not overly priced as some hotels are. The vodka and tonic at 6 dollars was delicious too! Highly recommend!

Top marks for this hotel. Loved it. I can't recommend this highly enough. If we ever come back to Costa,Rica, I am sure we will stay here again.

Staying at Hotel Lomas Del Volcan in Arenal, Costa Rica, was awesome. The hotel planned everything for us perfectly. We went on cool volcano hikes, had fun rafting, and checked out some great spots to hang out and drink in the evening. It was all super smooth and fun.

The place is gorgeous, with an amazing view of the Arenal Volcano and all this lush green forest around. It felt like we were in the middle of a beautiful, natural paradise. The hotel itself is really nice, mixing comfort with the beauty of the outdoors.

I totally recommend staying here if you’re coming to Costa Rica. The adventures, the views, and the vibe at Hotel Lomas Del Volcan made our trip unforgettable. Definitely a great pick for anyone looking for a fun and beautiful place to stay.

Highly reccomended. The property is beautiful and well kept. The included breakfast is amazing and great quality/lots of choices. The rooms are comfortable and AC works well. Nothing negative to note here.

Superb hotel, stayed here for 4 nights during a 2 week Costa Rica trip and only wish we could have stayed longer. Staff are amazing, food is great, view is one I'll never forget and pool area is lovely to spend some time at. Slightly hilly getting to the room so would be great to see buggies offered to guests with these room locations but otherwise this hotel is faultless. We enjoyed seeing animals, the volcano, had a spa treatment, ate at both restaurants and enjoyed many cocktails at the swim up bar. If you're travelling to Costa Rica, stay here and stay a few more days than initially booked, it's a great place to visit!

What an incredible find! Our two-night stay felt too short. The bungalow was very clean and perfect for our needs. Breakfast was delightful, complemented by exemplary service. Additionally, we truly enjoyed the pool area, which offered breathtaking views of the volcano. The location struck the perfect balance: secluded enough for peace, yet only a short drive to La Fortuna. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Schöne Anlage zu Füßen des Vulkans Arenal. Schöner Garten und Pflanzen.
Essen ausgezeichnet, ebenso das Frühstück.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Wer Pech hat, hört den Lärm von der Baustelle. Es wird gerade ein neuer Pool gebaut.
