Siamo venuti a cena in questo locale attratti dalle ottime recensioni. La cena è stata un'ottima esperienza sotto tutti i punti di vista: locale molto curato, pulito e accogliente; personale professionale, attento e cortese; cibo straordinario, ottimo sia per quantità che per qualità (cordon bleu spettacolare). Consiglio di venire ad assaggiare le loro prelibatezze, merita davvero. È opportuno prenotare.

So being a vegetarian I was on a Flammkuchen hunt. After trying every popular and hyped restaurants, I landed here and they really know how to take a simple Flammkuchen dish and make it great. The base is so flaky and the right amount of burnt which adds a peppery flavour of its own. They were thin, crispy and light like air, just floating in my mouth. The cream on the top was delicious and just the right amount so the base doesn't become soggy. I still think about it a lot!

Délicieuse tarte flambée et les plats rien à redire. Service chaleureux petit bémol sur la tarte au pomme qu'on a pas trop aimé mais ça n’empêche pas un 5/5. Bonne année !

Nous avons commandé une tarte flambée et une choucroute cuisson « basse température ». Cette dernière était très fade et le goût du clou de girofle était bien trop prononcé. La viande n’était pas très savoureuse non plus. Quant à la tarte flambée, vraiment rien de spécial. Je ne comprends pas comment cet endroit peut afficher un ranking aussi élevé. Je mets 2 étoiles pour le personnel très sympathique.
